The Claude Code setup (
adacfdf):- eight project agents in

- the vendored superpowers and karpathy skills;
CLAUDE.md;- the step prompts in next-phase.md.

The autopilot (
7a0b51c):- pipeline.yaml;
- the
/autopilotskill; tools/autopilot/ready.py;- the triage policy;
- the inbox.
Why¶
Thomas asked for several review rounds before any code. He did not want to launch each sub-step by hand, so the steps became a pipeline that an orchestrator runs (autopilot §1).
Decision: decision log, 2026-10-26, autopilot instead of step-by-step prompts.
Evidence¶
As of 2026-10-26, after F7 (at 7a0b51c the same command printed done=0/31, before the W0 wave existed):
$ python3 tools/autopilot/ready.py
AUTOPILOT wave=W1 done=7/41 running=0 failed=0 blocked=0 waiting_human=0
next ready: R1, R2, R4, R5, R7, R8, R9, D2
$ git log --oneline | tail -3
7a0b51c feat(autopilot): orchestrate the pre-implementation pipeline unattended
adacfdf chore: Claude Code setup and pre-implementation playbook
b32f739 docs: import Spectio design-phase documentation

Findings and open questions¶
- Permissions. Agents cannot change their own permission rules. The rules the autopilot needs are listed for Thomas in autopilot §4.
- Pushing. Push access to GitHub was not granted to the session. Work is delivered as a git bundle.
